By Educators, For Educators!

Founded by a passionate marketing teacher whose personal mission is to prepare his students through hands-on learning and real-world experience. Eloy Garza developed the first high school student-led marketing agency out of his classroom. It provided comprehensive marketing solutions to businesses in the community in exchange for work-based experiential learning opportunities for his students.

His innovative "Student-Led Agency" methodology was recognized as a national model and has been featured by the U.S. Department of Education and at several national conferences across the country.

He designed the Career Bridge app to simplify the work-based learning process and empower teachers and students with the ability to engage with industry professionals in a safe and transparent environment.

Eloy Garza now serves as a Marketing Lecturer at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley within the Robert C. Vackar College of Business and Entrepreneurship. All his courses use his Student-Led Agency curriculum and Career Bridge to engage students in real-world experiences with the business community.
